Obama brings a lot to a Clinton ticket, perhaps most importantly his campaigning style. Clinton brings almost nothing to an Obama ticket that he can't get elsewhere without the baggage Clinton would bring.
I think that Obama is Clinton's best choice for VP, by far. For Obama, I think he would do better to pick Napolitano or Sebelius.
