Proposition 11: Legislature Record Votes (to require that a recorded vote be taken by a house of the Legislature on final passage of any bill, other than certain local bills and ceremonial resolutions, and provides for public access on the Internet to those recorded votes)

I wonder if this will put a stop to the multiple voting we've seen past legislative sessions?
