One Person, One Vote a Joke in Texas Lege

I stumbled upon this hilarious bit of video on voting in the Texas House. I love the graphics as they show how many times legislators are voting. We all know it happens, but it still burns me up to see.

Democracy is a joke in Texas. And these idiots think we can export it to the Middle East?

Isn't that a Republican voting for "Democrat" Rick Noriega, the guy who wants to run for U.S. Senate around 1:53 on the video? Shame on all of them. Shame on Noriega for letting a Republican vote for him. How many votes are done this way? Now that I hear that Noriega has gotten money from Bob 'Swift Boat' Perry dollars. It makes me cringe. There is no way to spin any of this garbage.
