Attention to those Anti-Death Penalty Folks

Read the story with this headline:

'I killed her. ... She deserved it,' suspect says in taped confession

And then remind me why you think scum like this should continue to walk the same earth as I do.

Unfortunately in the vast majority of cases things are not so cut and dry. From crime labs issuing false and unscientific DNA reports (ahem - houston) to executing people later discovered to be innocent (gary graham). You won't trust government with your tax dollars, but you trust them to kill?

So DNA reports are false and unscientific when used to convict murders but not when they're used to get people out of prison. Fuck you OJ.

Whether or not you or I feel that this guy "should continue to walk the same earth" as you has nothing to do with whether or not the State of Texas should entertain your whim and take a human life (and when this costs more than a life sentence, doesn't prevent any crime, and often is done to the innocent).

The State should not be perverted to fulfill your revenge or anger and should instead respect human life, even when this asshole did not.

Who gives a shit if it doesn't prevent crime, there are some people that are just so fucking evil they need to die. It's like shooting a rabid dog, everybody wins.

"and often is done to the innocent"
Did you get this from an Amnesty International pamphlet?
