Would this be a Class Action suit?

A Nebraska Senator is suing God.

Chambers says in his lawsuit that God has made terroristic threats against the senator and his constituents, inspired fear and caused "widespread death, destruction and terrorization of millions upon millions of the Earth's inhabitants."
Suing God. In Nebraska. Give me a minute...

All I can think of is that I wouldn't want to be anywhere near this man that is suing God, because the smiting that is going to take place from the Heavens above may have some unintended collateral damage.
