Catty. Chatty. And Occasionally Trashy.

What the father says goes.

Ohio: Home of the Whacko! A new 'pro-choice' bill is making the rounds in Ohio. It's mind-boggling.

As written, the bill would ban women from seeking an abortion without written consent from the father of the fetus. In cases where the identity of the father is unknown, women would be required to submit a list of possible fathers. The physician would be forced to conduct a paternity test from the provided list and then seek paternal permission to abort.

Claiming to not know the father's identity is not a viable excuse, according to the proposed legislation. Simply put: no father means no abortion.

So, there you have it. That'll teach you girls to be sluts and kill your babies! (via)

Umm. Who is paying for all this testing?

oh, PD ... you know that if our lege was in session, Warren Chisum would have introduced this in the House & then Dan Patrick would have sponsored it.

Former Texas Legislator Craig Washington introduced a similar bill in Texas back in the 80s...except it was a JOKE....He even included a clause exempting women when the biological parent might be an Aggie on the grounds that Aggies were incompetent to give informed consent....
