For every person that loves Hillary Clinton there is one that despise her. We don't talk a lot about it anymore, but there are really people that think she is the devil. I've personally warmed up to her a little so I guess there's hope around the country, but I suspect if you ask my Uncle Martin he'd say some things about her that even I wouldn't repeat.
I attribute this national hatred of Senator Clinton back to the 1992 campaign. The GOP did a spectacular job of demonizing her and continued to do so throughout Bill Clinton's term in office.

My sweet 'ol 70 yr. old mother "hates" Hilliary. I ask her why and she said she just didn't know - she just "doesn't like her."
I am sure there are many, many others like my mom out there. And I tend to agree, the poison was put there by the GOP and fatman Rov many years ago.. and people just grew up with it. Don't know if anything can change it.
I thought the ad was terrible. She doesn't really care about normal people, or she would do someting to help us, like fix our cheatable voting systems or end the war. Hillary hate is stoked by the right, and is their special thing that unites them, but believe me, she has more than her share of haters on the left that hate her for the opposite reasons they do (I see her as a corpratist right wing hawk). That's what happens when you always are struggling for the mealy middle. People who want some kind of change are always going to hate you.

Hillary embodies everything wrong and bad in politics which is exactly why she will probably get elected.
I pray to God that this country survives the Bush/Clinton years. If there is a difference between these two families I haven't seen it yet.
