Why Can't We Just Shoot Them?

Sen. Tom Coburn, R-Oklahoma, wants to know why border patrol agents can't just shoot people in the back if they are running away after being asked to stop. Kudos to Johnny Sutton, the U.S. attorney for the Western District of Texas for his eye roll and answer. He said the Supreme Court has ruled that using deadly force in that way is illegal.

You know Republicans, no regard for the rule of law.

I'd say Texas needs to redeploy border patrol agents from the Rio Grande to the Red River to prevent any influx of ignorant a**holes from the north side of the river, but I think its too late as we already have our fair share of ignorant a**holes. Tom "death penalty for abortionists" Coburn is the Okie equivalent of Texas' Bible thumping dwarf from Pampa.

He asked, didn't he? That qualifies as regard.

maybe they should just stop coming across the border illegally. Mexicans, no reguard for of rule of law, or borders.
