For the first time the leading candidates for the presidency will hold a televised debate devoted solely to LGBT issues.(365Gay)The one-hour event will be held on August 9 and broadcast on gay network LOGO at 9:00 pm ET (6:00 pm ET) and through live streaming video at LOGOonline.com.
Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama and John Edwards have confirmed they will participate. Several other Democratic candidates also may join the debate.
What gay questions should we submit for Hillary, John and Barack?
I can't find the link to submit questions yet, but I am kind of stoked to hear what they have to say about gay kid concentration camps (aka conversion therapies). It's easy these days to say civil unions are OK, but my new favorite litmus test for hardcore homo-coddlers is whether someone will take a stand against parents who torture their children because they think it will get them into heaven.
APA is researching this right now, and they are expected to denounce the practice or at least call for limits. To me, the South Park episode on the subject offers a pretty realistic picture...
I would love to know how they reconcile their purported support of the gay community with their belief that civil unions are a state's rights issue. It seems to me that this notion conflicts with their alleged stance on equality.
This is awesome, any word on when they will be having the pro-abortion themed debate?
Here's one: If elected president, will you make Paul Lynde's birthday a national holiday?
Do you know how I know you're gay?
