Sheila Jackson-Lee Gets A Republican Challenger

When I think of Sheila Jackson-Lee's district...Republican-leaning is not what comes to mind. That isn't stopping Tj Baker from trying. Even the reporter starts right out asking the question we know is on your mind. "Are you crazy?"
