San Antonio lawyer Mikal Watts has decided to think about running against John Cornyn for the U.S. Senate. Watts may have trouble getting the Democratic nomination with his anti-abortion rhetoric. "I personally have the view: I hold the pro-life position with three exceptions: one for rape, one for incest, one for the life of the mother," Watts said. Seriously? I know abortion is the wedgiest of wedge issues, but come on. We've already got old white men trying to take away women's rights...why do we need yet another one?

I hope you folks over at the TDP are paying attention and trying to find us someone that's not retarded to run for office, because quite frankly, some of the candidates running so far have been piss poor.
