Libby Sentenced

Scooter gets 30 months in prison for his role in the 'leak.' A White House spokeswoman said President Bush "felt terrible" for Libby, his wife and children. Question: Does anyone feel bad that Ms. Plame's career was ruined by politics? My ability to feel terrible is somewhat limited in such instances. But, that may be because I have a conscience.

My prediction is he will stall with multiple appeals until the last days of the Bush nightmare and get an executive pardon. He might do a few months in a minimum security resort. tops.

Old Whip at June 5, 2007 4:31 PM

Fuck Scooter and Fuck Plame too, she and her show pony husband aren't innocent of playing politics either.

anon at June 5, 2007 5:07 PM

Eloquently stated as usual, anon. Such a way with words...

Yes, of course. How dare Wilson set the record straight on the case for war with Iraq?

We wouldn't his "politics" to get in the way of a good old fashioned shooting war, would we?

Facts are stubborn things.

The historical record will support Wilson and Plame.

And your ilk will be reduced to the dust bin.

"We wouldn't want..."

TGOSH at June 6, 2007 2:21 AM

TGOSH,
You're such a twat, could you use more canned, base sayings like:

"facts are stubborn things" and " your ilk will be reduced to the dust bin" ?

Save your gay ass platitudes for your friends at your book club.

If you don't think Plame and her asshole husband were grandstanding for political reasons you're an idiot.

anon at June 6, 2007 11:01 AM

^LOL

Book club....awesome

Wonk at June 6, 2007 12:42 PM

Anon,

I'll use little words and speak slowly for you.

Try... again... You'll... get... the... hang... of... the... English... language... eventually.

TGOSH at June 6, 2007 12:56 PM

yawn

anon at June 6, 2007 1:53 PM

Good. There is a way to shut you up, anon.

Hey everybody,

First use "book club" words and "platitudes" in responding to anon's reactionary comments. After he counters with a predictably and habitually homophobic, profanity-laced tantrum, follow with little words with lots of ellipses (those are "dots" to you, anon).

The best he can do after that is a "yawn" comment, like some sixth grade playright cleverly displaying his boredom.

If everyone will follow these steps, this blog will be a lot better for it.

Or we can all just go on ignoring him.

TGOSH at June 6, 2007 6:16 PM

Don't forget using your best bumper sticker logic like TTWAT likes to dole out to try to make yourself seem smarter, by far, than you really are.... this....might....work...but....I....doubt...it...

anon at June 6, 2007 10:18 PM

anon,

Your intelligence is on display for all to see. What a sight.

I especially like how you find a way to incorporate the same handful of obscenities into just about every post. So resourceful.

TGOSH at June 7, 2007 6:44 PM

TTWAT,
Oh, is this you ignoring me?

Do you consider one to be a handful? That explains a lot.

Tard
