Scavenger Hunt Item Not On List: Ass-Rape at a Juvenile Detention Center

Laredo High School students were passing the endless boring hours of living in Laredo with a scavenger hunt. Some of the items on the list included things you'd have to steal. This gave Lareda police a great opportunity to recruit more youths for the nearby juvenile detention center. Thirty-two adults were arrested and 8 youths were sent to a juvenile facility to shouts of "good luck!" and "don't drop the soap" by Laredo police officers.

Surely panic set in amongst parents and a race ensues to see who can get their children out of there fastest. (DMN)

That's just crazy, police get shot killed execution style in Laredo and the cops are arresting kids for stealing street signs?

What the hell is wrong with this country when criminals cross the border at will and 40 high school kids get thrown in jail for being stupid kids?

Yet another reason I'll never go to Laredo again.

You are confusing the chaos in NUEVO LAREDO, Tamaulipas in Mexico and attributing it to LAREDO, Texas. But your posting is a great way to perpetuate xenophobic attitudes regarding the U.S.-Mexico border generally, and Laredo specifically. Good job.

So being a high school kid excuses people from committing third degree felonies?? If that were the case, there'd be a lot of 28 year old high school seniors. It doesn't matter that they are "stupid kids." Stupidity is not a defense for committing third degree felonies, not unless you're a celebrity and in a California court that is.

being from laredo, let me just say no one gets shot exection style. MAYBE across in nuevo laredo, but frankly u had it coming because you were doing something you were not suppose to (aka sell/buy drugs). This is not an immigration issue, I'm sick of the lou dobbs of this blog confusing both. i'm glad canadians aren't such violent people as those from mexico (sarcasism of course) and why we don't want parity on both borders.
