Whether it's Jay Leno or some pohmy twat holding the mic, these "man on the street" bits do nothing more than provide small minds the chance to laugh at the ignorance of minorities and poor-looking people. Anybody who looks like they might possibly know an answer to anything is either going to keep walking, or not get asked at all.

"There's someone with cornrows! Let's ask him about the security situation in former soviet republics!" Real funny.
