Is Perry a Techno-phobe?

The governor's office reports that Rick doesn't have a state email account or a computer. They claim he never does business via email and only has a personal email account. (We'll give a prize to the best guess on his email address: hairprince@aol.com?)

Clearly, the reason there is no official state email address for Governor Perry is that he prefers verbal communicaiton. You know, one on one, intimate meetings. Where he can be face to face and toe to toe...or heel to toe, whatever works.

I hope the Statesman sues to get access to those "private" emails. It's absolutely true that emails sent on the Governor's private account about state business are open records.
