Black Man, Black Man...Where Did You Come From?

Joe Biden sure as hell knows how to kick off a campaign! His quote about Senator Obama is awesomely bad. A friend of mine on the East Coast called and woke me at 6:30 this morning laughing his head off. He started out with, "That Barak Obama, he can talk like a white guy and he looks clean. He ain't like most negroes you see. He looks like he may not be lazy...you know, as far as negroes go."

Senator Biden was clearly pandering to middle America with his carefully constructed quote. We can't wait for his next speech on segregation. We hear it's a doozy.

Dumbass.

PD - Thanks for the "Designing Women" reference. I had forgotten about that show!

Another D Senator making a racially insensitive remark, how could this be?
Where is the outrage on behalf of the black community? You can damn well better bet that had this been a R presidential candidate his campaign would be over.
I think what Biden is really saying here is: "He's a good negro, not all uppity".
Pathetic
This country will never resolve it's race problems until every racist remark and attitude is treated equally.

I remember plenty of campaigns going down in flames, but I think this is the first one to actually blow up on the launching pad.

Now don't pick on Poor Joe.

It's not his fault that they don't have any Negroes, er, I mean Afro-Americans, uh....I mean colored people, no wait - PEOPLE of COLOR, (yeah, that's it) back home in good ol' Delaware.

But one day soon, DuPont is bound to hire one and then they'll get to come to Delaware and be the first non-WASP residents.

And Joe hopes they all look just like Barack, just with prettier sounding names.
