And by Prick We Mean You

Capitol Letters tells us that this year's blue book has a typo. Rep. Richard J. "Rick" Noriega, D-Houston must have been somewhat suprised to see him listed at Rep. Richard J. "Prick" Noriega. It's an unusual nickname for a state legislator. We'd have gone for the more obvious "Douchebag" but that's just us...we're not so subtle.

If you've got a copy, email it to us or fax it to me at 512.535.0973

Oh, if you're the staffer that f'ed this up email us your resume and we'll help you find a job because you are so fired.

The P is a LOOOOOOOOOONG way from the R.
That's typo. That's someone's slip.

PanzerDSS at February 28, 2007 8:58 AM

I meant to say "That's no typo".

PanzerDSS at February 28, 2007 8:58 AM

doh! who prints those, telicon?

PD
Just a quick correction; The typo appears in the Texas House Directory 80th Legislature pg. 16. It is a white book directory I believe published by House Administration.

I will be honored to sign any copies that are still out there, otherwise, any collector may have to wait for the next political silent auction to acquire an original.

On another note, my wife Melissa commented to me that she always knew I was a stand up guy.

Get it together, dorks. It's not the blue book. Page 33 of the Blue Book clearly states "Rick" Noriega.
You guys obviously have too much time on your hands...

If that is Rick, then I must commend you for laughing at the joke. A lot of politicians would be silent or offended by this. Your post shows a willingness to laugh at the ridiculous. Good show.
