Tell it to me baby

Now that you're all back working furiously to screw over poor people and women up there in the Captiol, how about taking some time out to shoot us an anonymous email or fax with the latest gossip and goings-on? We aren't wandering around up there like we used to and so now we depend on y'all more than ever to share the juicy stuff with us.

We'll pick the best tip every so often and you can join Pinkdome for lunch at the UT Club or receive an Amazon gift certificate for the telling us something we didn't already know.

Cameraphone upskirt photos of Tom Craddick are not eligible.

Why doesn't anyone discuss how flying a confederate flag or posting one along with all the other flags that have flown over Texas (which is what Laredo apparently does) is not the same as flying a confederate flag or wearing one all by itself?

Anonymous at January 23, 2007 12:34 PM

Did y'all know that Laredo had seven flags, they had this silly "Republic of the Rio Grande" thing at some point in their history, I'm not entirely sure when.

The nice hotel in Laredo is on the grounds were the capitol of the Republic of the Rio Grande once stood, elsewise I'd have never heard of it.

The official flaf of the Confederacy and the Stars and Bars are 2 different things.

Just to make that clear.

Also, the Nuge and Perry are BFF.

PanzerDSS at January 23, 2007 2:03 PM

And by flaf, I meant flag.

PanzerDSS at January 23, 2007 2:04 PM

The 7th flag of Texas belongs to the Comanche nation.

Hey all of you homeless Liberal Left Wingers.....Perry and Nugent are great friends and so they should be. It makes sense that the two most committed rebels hang out together. By the way, does anyone really care about the Yanks at all??

I think that the Yanks are jsut holding out land till we're ready to take it and keeing our women warm until we get there to take 'em!

Have a great day you idiotic Liberals and try not to trip over your lower lips.

Fashion Police Tip: Keep your eyes on Susan King.

For those of you Capitol staffers, check out the Flashcard pic and caption that.

THE nice hotel in Laredo??!! What sort of cactus juice were you drinking??!!

texxasredd at January 23, 2007 8:14 PM

Yes THE as in the only one there. Its call La Posada and its rather fabulous considering it is where it is. Basically you drive to the end of 35 and hook a right just before you drive into the Third World.

BacchusXY at January 23, 2007 8:45 PM

Nacogdoches also had 7 flags, namesaking the bar in its nicest hotel, the Freedonia. One bar in East Texas that doesn't require membership or initiation.
