Donohue, president of the Catholic League for Religious and Civil Rights: "Well, look, there are people in Hollywood, not all of them, but there are some people who are nothing more than harlots. You are saying, 'Let's cut and run.' And I have to tell you, I have been nervous about this interview with you, because what I feel like saying is, 'Sir, prove to me that you are not working with our enemies.' " [11/14/06]

"gabachos" has been around as long as i can remember, and i'm 72 and going strong. It is border "calo"- with the accent on the o - which means slang. a gabachito is a little whitey, and a gabachote is a big one, and a gabachogordo is a fatty. The kids from Mexico understandably would not be familiar with the word.
P.S. Donohue is an affront to all Catholics with the semblance of a brain, and i am one. He is a world class pendejo.
