It's true but that's not new really. I mean, you go back in history and you'll find that there was always adversarial politics. There was always gut fighting. And it's probably a little worse now given the electronic media and the bloggers and all these kinds of things.
To those who bemoan the lack of civility in politics these days, I just have one thing to say... STFU!
Especially with The Google. That thing ruined it all.
The guy whose campaign ran the Willie Horton ad in '88 thinks bloggers are uncivil. Uh ... pot, meet kettle.
