Catty. Chatty. And Occasionally Trashy.

A Quality Piece of Work

Rep. Joe Picket (D-El Paso) has written a children's book called, "Margo! the Weird Cat!" Why we have not received a copy we'll never know. The superfluous use of exclamation points surely indicate its literary contribution to the children's book genre.

Of course, it's no steamy romance novel a la Susan Combs, but we can't all be Danielle Steele.

Pickett, a conservative, is the only one of our reps who has publicly fought the toll road people - funny that margo is also the last name of the cat who ran for state sen. and refused to identify himself as a repug and bush pal, claiming that the election wan't about being a dem or a repug, but about who could best represent el paso -

What's with Pickett's office motif?

TGOSH at November 28, 2006 3:10 PM

Pure coincidence, I assure you. Margo the Weird Cat has been floating around in his head for quite some time.
