Frisco, Texas: Town full of mouthbreathers

A teacher in Frisco has been fired for taking her students to a musuem after one parent complained that her child saw a nude statue. Exposure to the arts is indeed a reason to fire a teacher in Frisco, otherwise how would they people that live their maintain their amazingingly high level of ignorance? [via DMN]

"Protecting" our children from exposure to the Arts (yes, I capitalized it) is an abomination. The Arts are an important part of their development as well rounded and educated adults. Once and for all, this is not pornographic.

This, on the other hand, is terribly obscene.
