Scalia Won't Stay, Delay Will

scalia1.jpg
Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia rejected Tom Delay's appeal to stay the decision by the 5th Cricuit that would require him to stay on the ballot in November. When Scalia doesn't think he can take care of a case for you, you know you're screwed. I would LOVE to see Delay launch an activist judge crusade on Scalia. So here we go, we've got Delay to kick around for a few more months. It's just so hard to let go...

Justice Scalia is a strict constructionist and a judicial conservative. He's the best friend conservatives can have on the U.S. Supreme Court. Unless, of course, you are Tom Delay.
