President Bush says the government is not listening to your phone calls. Whew! That's a big relief. But wait, they are keeping a record of what number I dialed, when I dialed it and how long I was on the phone to that number? Oh...nothing wrong with that. That's not a privacy concern. Oh this is such bullshit I could be all over the top with my righteous indignation but I'm just so worn out from the constant violation of the United States Constitution by this administration that I'm just throwing up my arms and saying one big fuck you. Can we still say that?
Oh, and let me correct myself before some ignorant fuck tries to point it out like it makes a difference. The phone companies have turned over these records voluntarily, the government is actively tracing them or going after them. Big difference. Not really. Except that the phone companies that just turned them right over without some demand of a court order can suck my cock. You heard me Verizon, BellSouth, and AT&T. Big ups to QWest for telling the NSA to go suck a big one.
BB updates: BellSouth says they didn't turn over phone records to the NSA, for whatever that's worth.
You can still say "fuck you", just not on international calls.
