The Chron is reporting that all this criticism around the property tax bills is the evil genius of his opponent Carole Keeton Strayhorn. Carole is apparently miscalculating and misleading every single person that says this whole thing does not compute. Yeah, right. She's good with numbers but fuzzy math is strictly a Perry construct. (Oh, and good editorial work Chronicle. Just take Kathy's talking points and build a news story around it. Way to go.)
