Ogden just recessed Senate Finance until 6 pm, saying that he intends for the committee to vote out HB 1 tonight. There's some question about whether or not he has the votes, as everyone is still debating the equity piece of the bill. He doesn't intend to bring up any other bills until HB 1 moves out of Finance. Fun fun fun!
