Last night, I attended the CPPP Legacy Dinner in honor of Bernard Rapoport. President Clinton gave the keynote speech, and he was awesome as always. For the most part, he shied away from specific political topics, instead concentrating on how we can do more to help those that are less fortunate that ourselves. He also celebrated the life and work of Rapoport, whom Clinton has known since they worked on the McGovern campaign in '72.

I've seen him speak previously, and I thought he was as entertaining as he was then, although the speech was a little too short for my taste. But I could listen to him read from a phone book and be entertained.
Granted, I'm a little biased due to my awesome seating. :)
my seats sucked but I do love that man
In Clinton terms, does "not gotten laid in awhile" mean like the last five minutes? Maybe, doesn't have the requisite lady under the lectern dancing with one-eyed willie to help draw the speech out?
Just saying.
Awesome? Seriously? Granted, I'm a little biased due to my poor seating but I thought he was mediocre at best. I've seen him talk a few times and he's always been incredible but Friday? Not so much. Maybe he hasn't gotten laid in a while.
