The amendment on the floor is being heavily debated right now. It's Amendment 9 to HB1. It's a Perry move against Strayhorn. Rep. Senfronia is reminding us this is a backdoor political advertisement for the Guv-ah-nah. It's what Rep. Thompson calls an 'unfunded mandate' and we're having such a good time as Rep. Thompson says she can't believe they let this amendment got to the floor.

My GOD we've missed this. Rep. Thompson says, "Members if y'all got a lick of sense you should vote against this amendment." Then she stood behind Rep. Wooley and mouthed the words, "You are a tool."
