Austinist interviewed the exec. director of the Tx Commission on the Arts and the Deputy Director of the Texas Cultural Trust to see what they thought about the proposed (negative) changes to the TCA. It is mentioned that none of the changes can be made without the Lege voting on it (and that can't happen until the next regular session).
