Well, that's one way to reduce the prison population.

"What's our prison population?" asked Chairman Madden. "Full," replied Connolly. Right now it's at 151,585, she said. "But there's an execution today," deadpanned Rep. Jim McReynolds, "so that's 151,584."

Perhaps they should quit incarcerating people for victimless crimes.

The US imprisons more people than any country in the world per capita. More than China. More than Russia.
