The American Dream

Running away from credit card debt should be the new American Dream. Republican candidate for HD 47, Alex Castano, has been sued for amassing over $35,000 in unpaid debt. He still touts his 'state budget discipline' as part of his campaign. We think that Castano could use this to his advantage. Millions of Americans are in over their head in debt, living paycheck-to-paycheck and in fear of losing their lifestyles through any hiccup in their income. This example should be a catalyst to create ways to help Americans wean themselves from the almighty credit gods.

Or, we could just point and laugh. Whatever.

Great minds think alike! We were both writing a post on this at the same time.

Didn't Republicans used to be big on fiscal responsibility? Maybe I made that up.
