The President signed that big ol' cut in student loan programs and Medicare today. Then with a shit-eating grin proceeded to tout the glory that is his $2.77 Trillion budget. Bush wouldn't call the drastic cuts to Medicare 'cuts' he called it a 'slowing down of spending'.
