Got you attention didn't I? Remember in June when the governor cozied up to Rev. Rod Parsley and signed the parental notification law and the anti-gay marriage amendment at a church in Fort Worth? Well, we do. At the time, the hatemonger Parsley cited fake statistics about homosexuality and it just sort of didn't get much attention.
Then we stumbled on a front page piece at the Southern Poverty Law Center's site about the freak that's made up all these statistics quoted by the Religious Right Anti-American Terrorists claiming that homosexuals are a number of things they are not. Featured throughout the story is how Governor Perry was cozied up to this man at the signing.
Why did the governor not rebuke Parsley's statements? Does Perry think it's ok for people to just make shit up and cite it as facts? Cause if you do, Governor, we'll be making up shit all day long about you. How about we start with citing the great achievements in school finance?
Oh yeah, damn...
PinkDome inexplicably asks "Does Perry think it's ok for people to just make shit up and cite it as facts? "
What'd you expect? Have you not been paying attention to the shenanigans of former Governor Bush since he's been in D.C.?
