Madla on a short leash?

From a tipster:

Madla had an attack piece hit today questioning Carlos' Democratic credentials because he sold out Pete Laney in the 2003 race for Speaker of the House. Nevermind the fact that that's wrong, or that Madla wouldn't start sending out attack pieces if he wasn't in trouble. The real kicker is that, from what we've heard, Frank Madla had to call David Dewhurst's office and receive permission to attack the Republican party.

Let me repeat that: Frank Madla had to receive permission from Republican Lt. Governor David Dewhurst to attack the Republican party in a direct-mail piece going out to potential voters in the DEMOCRATIC PRIMARY.

It's as if he just doesn't understand that he's running the Democratic Primary.

WTF? This is retarded. Even Dewhearse can smell the stench emanating from CradDICK's and Perry's still animated corpses. The only one who doesn't get it is Frank Madla, the go-along, get-along guy.

Fuck him and feed him fishheads.

Madla also sent out a piece today that claims - falsely - that he was endorsed by the AFL-CIO. He wasn't. They voted to stay neutral in the race. The piece also claims he was endorsed by CWA - again, falsely. He wasn't CWA endorsed Uresti. Desperate attacks. Claiming endorsements he doesn't have. Calling Dewhurst for advice. Time to go, Frank.

It would be funny if it weren't so very sad.

Our cowardly lion's endorsements are also duplicated in the Maverick County/Eagle Pass section as they are with Carols Uresti's. What a jerk! Enough is enough!

You know I have a dog just like Madla. He has become so accostumed to doing tricks on command that he doesn't hesitate one bit.

I hope he gets good treats from his master.

And who in San Antonio gives a fuck about Pete Laney anyway? Speaker Pete's an awesome dude, but that's not going to light any fires in S.A. Who the hell is advising him?
