Bad mix on an old pun. The IRS was investigating religious organizations for politicking and has found that 3 out of 4 were indeed doing so. So much so that they've actually recommended revoking the tax-exempt status for three organizations.

When you don't keep Church and State separate, this is the result we'd expect. If religion wants tax funds for teaching abstinence, schools and to teach the Bible in public schools then the religions have to pay part of the taxes.
