Tom Delay appealed to the highest criminal court in the state to either let him off the hook or have his case taken up immediately by a lower court. They said hell no. The 3rd Court of Appeals will continue to consider the case, and Tom Delay will continue to be the topic du jour in mail pieces for Democrats. I love it.
