NBC does it again. They've scrubbed the transcripts of Tucker Carlson's show when Robyn Maddow calls them out. Not only did she express outrage that news outlets are comparing Osama bin Laden's latest threat against the United States as Democratic talking points, but also she let it 'slip' that it sounded like Ken Mehlman when they compare Democrats to Osama bin Laden...only less gay.

You can watch the 'unscrubbed' video here. Now, as to whether or not Ken Mehlman, RNC Chair is a homo, we have no idea. But a quick Google search for "Ken Mehlman gay" returns 285 results. Apparently, this has been the rumor in D.C. for a while.

That's not the point. The point is the outrage Maddow expressed is exactly appropriate. Over 60% of Americans do not agree with the direction the war in Iraq and for so-called 'news' anchors to compare a terrorist threat against America with the talking points of the Democrats is outrageous.

Shhhh. If you listen you can actually hear serious journalists rolling over in their graves right now.
