Terry Keel, Still an asshole

Terry Keel is running for the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals and has managed to get both his primary opponents kicked off the ballot. The Statesman says that he personally scanned the filings of both candidates. We're sure he was looking for technical nit-picky ommissions and the colluded with the Republican Party to get one candidate they all wanted off the ballot and then he probably had to argue with them a little bit to get the other one off the ballot.

So with no primary opposition and no Democrat in the race (WTF??) it looks like we'll have ol' melon head around for a while. Thanks a lot.

Hate Terry Keel! Why? Because he's an R. PD, your logic astounds my friend.

lol

Wonk at January 10, 2006 9:58 AM

Nah, it's not cause he's a R. it's cause he tried to trick me during the same week he pulled that shit at the end of the Session. R, D, I, L, whatever...I probably hate you all the same. :) What's my rule? If somebody voted you, you probably are some sort of jackass.

Someone's in need of a special session.

DEAR GOD WE ARE!!! BRING IT ON!! :) We miss the sex, the affairs, the drunken stupors......Oh the good ol' days.

PinkDome at January 10, 2006 11:34 AM

Sex? The only one getting laid all session was Sen Gallegos.

Hate him because he's an R? That's just dumb. How about hating him because he's an anal rententive fuck?

Did he really think the other two R's in the primary were going to be a challenge? I mean, come on... they couldn't even file for the primary correctly.

He's a nerd and they make bad judges. I want someone who's had a little fun on the bench not someone who's career back-up plan involved the seminary.

original TREY at January 10, 2006 12:49 PM

sorry, whose not who's. I simply can not kick this hangover.

original TREY at January 10, 2006 12:50 PM

Terry's no seminary candidate. He has more fun with the process than a lot of people. and hell, I'll support anyone who wants to decriminalize weed.

SomeoneElse at January 10, 2006 2:11 PM

Trey he was following the law. Stop the hate, Trey.

Wonk at January 10, 2006 3:29 PM

Wonk: No, hate. Just would like someone a little more forgiving of faults, especially those of his primary opponents.

Someone: And since he'll get to do that and all from the bench we should elect him? THAT'S something I'd like to see.

original TREY at January 10, 2006 9:30 PM

He's still a asshole.
