As we've all been witness to, Republicans in the Perry vein often like to compare themselves to Jesus (i.e. "I'm Rick Perry, and I speak for God"). Ben Bentzin is trying a new approach to the traditional tactics. In these post-Rose Bowl days around Austin, UT quarterback Vince Young's status among many closely approximates that of the second coming of Jesus Christ. Hence this quote by Bentzin, in regards to the approaching runoff election in HD 48:
"It's only half-time, and I'm Vince Young."
So there ya go, heresy spewing from the mouth of the beast. How dare you Ben?
Are you talking to folks like Laura Bush that said God wants New Orleans to be rebuilt? Or are you talking about the HD47 candidate that say he is a Christian Conservative? Or are you talking about wingnut Pat Robertson talking about God smoting leaders and geogrpahic regions? Or maybe you are talking about Rick Perry announcing that Creationism is God's choice for our schools?
So, which is it?
Oh, Ben... Vince is MUCH better looking.
Wonk : Girl, you know it's true! Ooh, Ooh, Ooh...
Young in whiteface? My, my.
PD, your incessant use of jesus or god in every post. Its' boring.
HA HA trey you like milli vinilli....
will someone please tell the uninformed (again) bentzin that VY and the horns were ahead going in at halftime, not behind (16-10). guess that puts the run-off in a different perspective for old benny, doesn't it????
Wonk, I'm working in more ass-fucking in the posts. Give me a chance!
I guess PD will stop mentioning Jesus in his posts when we have something resembling seperation of church and state again. Oh wait....nevermind.
Wonk: Bitch, you KNOW you had the CD as well... I saw you filing for your refund:)
Give the jesus comments a rest. Geez
