Senator Madla's Campaign is now hiring...

Or at least it should be. Here's the job description, "Spell Checker needed. Must be able to look at an elected official's name that has endorsed the campaign and be able to reproduce the spelling of that name on campaign material--EXACTLY AS IT APPEARS when written by the person whose name it is. College degree preferred, salary negotiable."

and, while we're at it....running on protecting CHIP? So, cutting the funding before you restore it after public outrage that was Madla working hard for his district?

» Here's the deal: Just because to give me a band-aid after you bayoneted me in the stomach, it doesn't mean you are a good guy or all is forgiven. Frank's Madla has a push card where he claims that he

The vote he can take credit for, but those names, well, that's just downright embarrassing.

Why the hell is TMF backing Madla?

Anonymous at January 24, 2006 5:07 PM

The same reason most elected officials support legislators, they need his support if he wins.

It just demonstrates how familiar Madla is with his district and the state reps. who represent it.

wusrph at January 25, 2006 9:45 AM

OMG that's beyond embarrassing. If I were King of the Forest, heads would roll.

hyped on coffee at January 25, 2006 11:59 AM

^^ Exactly. Notice Leticia Van de Putte is staying out of it. None of those Reps even have opponents and they probably should have stayed out of it, too. Is Madla the go-to guy for their bills? Or did Uresti do something to piss them off?

Marie at January 25, 2006 12:44 PM

Actually Marie, Van De Putte isn't staying out of it. She's endorsed Madla too.

Anon at January 25, 2006 1:46 PM

Why is this site supporting Tom Craddick's bitch?

notgannatell at January 25, 2006 3:14 PM

who would that be? madla? it isn't, dumbass. it's slamming him.

marie - i would say it's because incumbents rarely actively step out against challengers to incumbents in their same parties. Some of the ballsier ones do, but I'm guessing Uresti isn't surprised at all that fischer, et al are supporting madla. i'm guessing it's not personal.

SomeoneElse at January 25, 2006 6:20 PM

retty much nothing seems worth thinking about. My life's been completely dull , not that it matters. I've just been staying at home waiting for something to happen.
