Kinky Friedman's camp rolled out 3 new ads for TV. Good for a chuckle as you get ready to leave work...
From the press release:
"Beginning today, commercials featuring the new Kinky Friedman Talking Action Figure will air in five major Texas TV markets - Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Austin and El Paso. The humorous commercials feature the 13-inch Talking Action Figure at a life-sized podium answering a barrage of questions from reporters during a campaign "press conference."

kinky bugs the crap outta me. yes, i agree that we need some major changes and neither the democrats nor the republicans have delivered. but kinky? uh, i think he should stick with writing egotistical novels.

jesse ventura did the same thing. he's also advising kinky, and the guy who ran his campaign is now kinky's campaign manager. it's a serious run.
The thing that bothers me about this whole affair is that Kinky has money for ad buys, but the Democrats don't.
