Now the Republican judge is out for the DeLay case. Perhaps we need a Harriet Miers on the case to find a suitable nominee.

Gonna end up with the Texas Supreme Court appointing someone, or hearing the case, or just acquitting Delay because they can't see past the sheer nova-like brightness of his smile.
