We knew it was bad, but this is terrible; only 2 percent of African-Americans approve of the crappy job Bush is doing. [Think Progress] Of course, this is from a poll, and there is a margin of error. While we don't think much of polls, a lot of people swear by them. Obviously some administrations depend on them.
The poll had a margin of error of +/- 3.4%, meaning that the true level of black support could be as low as negative 1.4%. Now that's low.
