He is a smart bastard! Just think of that mugshot going out in a Lampson mailer...it would be like Delay had the photo for his campaign.
They should have made him put on one of those orange prision jump suits. That would have been awesome.

I know a lot of people are disappointed that the picture isn't more mug shot-ish, but I think it opens up another line of attack.
How easy will it be for Lampson to have a TV commercial which says, "Why is this man smiling?" ... then rattle off the numerous ethics violations/bad shit he's done.
