Technically, schools shouldn't be open right now. The ruling from Judge Dietz last year said that schools needed a fix by October 1 or else they would be shut down. Then there's the loopholes. Since that order is on appeal, schools won't be shut down. So much for images of children locked out of their schools on the evening news to rally legislators back into session. So what do we do now? Well we wait around for the Supreme Court to get off its ass & tell us what to do. Which it should have done already. What's going on? Where's the ruling? We want another special so we can make fun of you guys. C'mon, you know you miss us too.
