"The folks who produced this recording have laid all integrity aside," Rep. Warren Chisum (R - Pampa) said. "The language for Proposition 2 has been reviewed by the legislature and some of the state's top attorneys. This is a scare tactic orchestrated by individuals who are willing to do anything to make sure Proposition 2 is unsuccessful in the polls. I am appalled that people would take advantage of others by disseminating this type of widespread deceit."

I am appalled that people would take advantage of others by disseminating this type of widespread deceit."

In his press relase he states that the state's top attonernies have looked at this amedment...LIE this was draen up byu Kelly Shackelford who is trying to eliminate common law marriage as well as screw they gays.
WE asked for an AGs ruling on it but those who were charged with sheparding this through the Lege wanted to avaoid this at all costs...they want to keep it as vague as possible well they got thier wish now suck it Warren!
