What's up with politicians winning money from gambling? First Kinky Friedman wins $45,000 by playing slots in Louisiana. Now U.S. Sen. Judd Gregg (R-New Hampshire) won $850,000 from the Powerball. It's amusing to note that Kinky won $45,000 in New Orleans just a couple of weeks before the hurricane hit and somehow managed to donate exactly nothing to hurricane relief.
