It's SB 37 that's been filed as an attempt at a bipartisan effort in the Senate to pass something...anything...let's do that and go home.
So it's Shapiro and the same crap with a new wrapper and Ellis and Eltife with a 'streamlined' hopefully passable bill.
They'll get some mileage out of teacher pay raises and textbooks - a lot more than doing nothing at all.

You know in marketing everything gets a shiny new wrapper eventually - even crap. How sad that we have to watch this waste of time and energy fall into another black hole. They may pass something, but I bet nobody goes home bragging.
