To borrow from Kronberg, looks like this session is following the "Weekend At Bernie's" rulebook. The Gov just added eminent domain to the call, and telecom is supposedly rearing it's ugly face again tonight. Stay tuned, we'll see if the Gov can dig this session out of the grave.
The real question is not if Perry and lawmakers can dig the special session out of the grave... the real question is if the education cartel (public school and vendor lobby) and the business (and tobacco) lobby can continue to keep bills buried. Any reform to the way education dollars are spent, or businesses are taxed, is to be shot dead and buried by the lobby.
