Texas Supreme Court Hears Oral Arguements

Rep. Pena's blog alerted me to the story covering the opening arguements on the school finance case. No one expects to hear a result for weeks or months. How did Craddick think it would be ok to just wait and see what the Court would say?

Speaking of, the State's arguement that the legislature should decide this is so old it ought to be carbon dated.

I really love this site, but please, please spell the word argument correctly. Thanks.

Sorry, it's one of those words I spell as the Brits do. Same affliction for 'grey' I can't put an 'a' in the middle of it to save my life. We'll have to deal.

I like it. I think you should also start using 'rumour.'
